Check-in is digital and access is contactless, using a personal code. Once the process is completed, you will receive the instructions and your code on the day of arrival.
4. Is there guest support if there is no reception?
Yes. You have 24-hour support and assistance to help you before and during your stay.
You will receive all the information once your booking is confirmed.
5. Is there an elevator?
Yes, both buildings have an elevator.
6. Is cleaning included during the stay?
Yes. Daily housekeeping and towel changes are included in both properties during your stay.
Additionally, for stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen is changed.
7. Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
8. What payment methods are accepted?
Payment is made by card (and digital methods available during the booking process). We do not accept cash.
9. What is the cancellation policy?
It depends on the selected rate. In the booking engine, you will always see the exact policy before confirming.
